STA or SAS PCE adds the SafeNet Synchronization Agent to its list of remote hosts after communication is established between the agent and the STA or SAS PCE LDAP sync server. By default, synchronization permission is Denied until you configure it to be allowed.

1. On the STA Token Management or SAS PCE console, select Comms > Authentication Processing > LDAP Sync Agent Hosts.

2. To change the synchronization permission setting to allowed, select Denied in the Sync Permission column for the agent.

   

3. Under Change Sync Agent Host Permission, select Allow and then select Apply.

   

   The SafeNet Synchronization Agent Sync Permission field displays Allowed.
